TURNAROUND
7-10 Business Days (Mon-Fri) + Shipping time once the quote is approved and payment is received. If your order is placed and paid for after 3pm est, it will not be processed until the following day. Orders including specialties may increase turnaround. All pricing is per design & includes the cost of the garment & printing.
SCREENS
Free Screens on all orders 72 items or more per design. If under 72 items, screens are $10 per ink color / location.
EXTRAS
For 2XL – Add $1.50 / 3XL – Add $2.00. (may be higher depending on garment style/brand)
Oversized Prints (14.5″ x 20″) – $0.50/Item.
Add $0.50/location for Sleeve or Pocket prints.
Screen Printed Tags quoted per job.
Specialty Inks are quoted per job.

What Type of Art Files do you Accept?
For art files under 5MB send to Info@oldsouthprintco.com . For art files over 10MB upload the files to www.DropBox.com and send to Info@oldsouthprintco.com. All files must be 300 dpi or more. Preferred file types are .PSD, .EPS, .PDF & .AI. If your submitting Adobe Illustrator files, please make sure all text is converted to outlines on a solid or negative background.
What Are Your Standard and Oversized Print Sizes?
Standard Screen Size: Up to 12.5″ X 16″
Oversized Screen Size: Up to 15″ X 20″ *Print Size max will depend on your smallest garment size (And an additional $0.50/Item)
NOTE: Artwork size stays the same throughout your entire order. Screen sizes do not increase for each garment size.
What are the Safe / Printable areas on a T-Shirt?
Please note that not all shirts will be sewn exactly the same and that is out of our hands unfortunately; these dimensions are to be used for reference as a “safe” maximum size zone to avoid printing on any seams or edges.
Youth Small: 13” W x 13” H
Youth Medium: 13” W x 16” H
Youth Large: 14” W x 19” H
Unisex Extra Small: 12” W x 19” H
Unisex Small – 5XL: Oversized Printing will fit most brands.
Girls Small – 11” W x 18” H
Girls Medium – 12” W x 19” H
Girls Large – 12” W x 20” H
Girls Extra Large – 12” W x 20” H
NOTE: Any print that goes over a seam can result in imperfections in the print and will not be warranted by Old South.
Can I Get 100 T-Shirts With Two Separate Designs?
You can, but it would have to be priced as two separate 50 piece orders.
Can I order just one shirt?
Sure, you'll be billed for the price of the 48 piece minimum though.
Can I order samples for my brand?
Sure, you'll be billed for the price of the 48 piece minimum, and it's only done under special circumstances.
Can I mix and match shirt & ink colors?
Yes. Different shirt colors are ok as long as the ink colors are the same. You must order at least 12 of each shirt color. If we need to change ink colors additional fees will apply.
Can I mix shirt sizes & do I need to order in dozens?
You can order as many different shirt sizes as you want and you DON'T have to order in dozens, unless otherwise stated. Certain brands require ordering in half dozens.
I am Missing a Few Items / I received More Items Than I ordered. Why is That?
Sometimes an item may be misprinted or damaged in production. We will notify you before shipping to let you know if there was an error and we will deduct our mistake from your bill. You will not be charged for our mistakes. If you get more than you should have, Stop Complaining! You just got free shirts! It is recommended that if you need an exact number of tees, order extras to account for mistakes. While we do try to be perfect and not mess anything up, we're still human.
I Don’t Have Artwork, Can You Make Custom Artwork for me?
We do offer custom artwork creation, but it really all depends on what you are looking for (Deposit is required for new customers). For a quote, send your ideas to info@oldsouthprintco.com. If we can’t make it for you, we can send you to one of our many trusted artists who can. If custom artwork is requested and bundled with printing (and an order isn’t placed), you will be billed for the artwork starting at $75hr with a minimum of 2hr billed.
I Found Something Wrong with my Order! What do I do?
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we have made an error in any way we will take care of you! Our options become limited once this timeframe has passed.
I Need My Order Fast! Do You Do Rush Orders?
We do offer rush orders when the schedule allows. Each rush order will be custom quoted. Fill out the contact form for more information.
When I Place My Order Do I have To Pay In Full Up Front?
Yes. 100% payment before your order is put into the queue. Other payment options are available under special circumstances, but 99.9% of orders are paid in full prior to production.
